Tyler Reddick has been in the Cup Series but is yet to show what he can do with the 23XI Racing car. After joining the team a year earlier than expected, there are high hopes surrounding him within the team. Moreover, recently, his new boss, Denny Hamlin, recently put Reddick and Kyle Larson on the same pedestal.

During the interview, Hamlin said, “I’m on the racetrack enough to see Tyler and I’m like, wow, he has got some special stuff. If he just manages it a little bit better, I think he could win it as much or more than Kyle Larson in any given year. When Kyle Larson is like, that’s the guy you know you need to go get, you probably should go get him.”

According to Denny Hamlin, Tyler Reddick is one of those drivers who puts in a lot of effort. He is always working hard at the shop to get familiar with the team’s methods and techniques with Toyota.

Furthermore, Hamlin also believes that the combination of talent and hard work is what leads to great results in motor sports. Therefore the 23XI Racing boss man feels that it is only a matter of time before Reddick reaches greatness. Moreover, Reddick has already proved that he is capable of winning the race. Back in the RCR stint, he was able to win a couple of races with ease. Given that he gets the support he needs in his new team, it certainly is only a matter of time till we see him contesting for the championship.
