What do four of this year’s NASCAR Cup Series race winners, Austin Cindric, Chase Briscoe, Ross Chastain, and Tyler Reddick have in common? Yes, they all won their first races this year, but the other commonality between the four is driver-owner Brad Keselowski.
The thing is, the aforementioned first-time winner quadrant all used to drive for the Keselowski race team, Brad Keselowski Racing, or BK Racing at some point in their careers.
“On a separate note… Happy for @TylerReddick ! To watch 4 BKR drivers get their first cup wins this year is pretty sweet,” Keselowski tweeted after Reddick’s win.

Tyler Reddick’s win is a big first for #8
Tyler Reddick winning the race at Road America was certainly a big milestone in his career. The Richard Childress Racing driver had enjoyed a lot of success in the Xfinity Series, but he hadn’t been able to replicate the same in the Cup Series.
Reddick came close to a win many times this season, but at Road America he got it done.
Along with this being his first Cup win, Reddick taking the checkered flag meant that he became the first driver in the #8 car to win a race since Dale Earnhardt Jr at Richmond in 2006.

“We’ve had some other things happen in between. But I’m optimistic we can find the pieces we need to get going. We’ve got some really strong pieces,” he said.
