It’s no secret that Dale Earnhardt Jr doesn’t mind a drink or two. In fact, he has been quite honest about his drinking habits and his partying when he was still an active NASCAR driver.
But there was one time when perhaps he took the drinking too far. There was an instance when he got so drunk that he took his then-girlfriend, Amy Reimann, to go-kart racing at 2 in the morning, and cornered her that almost had her fall into a creek.

“When I hit her, she just mashed the throttle wide open and just held it and almost went into the creek,” Earnhardt Jr. continued. “It scared the hell out of me. I jumped up, she’s laughing. I thought I done ruined this relationship right here.
“She’s going to be so mad that she doesn’t want to see me again.”
