Although NASCAR is serious business, it isn’t all work and no play for the drivers. Recently, many of the Toyota-affiliated drivers took part in a small game. In this game, they had to name as many Taylor Swift songs as possible, and they had a great time. Among the participants were, Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Bubba Wallace, and many more.

Hamlin confessed that he could not name any songs, but he could sing them. Meanwhile, Wallace mused, “What’s the one where she’s in the bedroom, at a window looking at a guy”. There were plenty of other guesses, and some drivers even guessed the wrong songs. Kyle Busch even managed to guess one of her popular ones, ‘Shake It Off’.

The Martinsville race has just concluded, and each of the Cup Series drivers are still hunting for their first win of the season. For Hamlin in particular, it is all the most important as he is leading the championship. Nevertheless, he is hoping to hit the ground running and extend his advantage over his rivals.

Meanwhile, maiden wins for Kyle Busch and Bubba Wallace will be motivating indeed. For the former, it boosts his confidence and helps him reach 17 consecutive years with a race win. In addition to that, it improves his standing in the 2021 Cup Series championship. For now, he lies just outside the Top 10 and will want to secure his position. At Martinsville, Busch found himself at the tail of the Top 10, while Wallace wound up 16th.

On the other side of the fence, Bubba Wallace would love to grab a maiden win for the 23XI Racing team. Many expected big things from the African-American driver and the fledgling team. However, some situations have really not gone to plan on multiple occasions. Nevertheless, he is not one to give up the ghost and he will definitely try even harder next time. For now, he, Busch and Hamlin simply have to move on to the next race.
