Being frustrated is part of life, and hence, part of NASCAR too. But while some drivers swallow their frustration and keep it within themselves, there are those who don’t shy away from expressing it as frustration is meant to be expressed, ideally. Don’t count Kyle Busch in the Next Gen fan club

The Next Gen car has had its admirers and its critics ever since it made its debut at the start of this season. As for which category one falls into, it more or less depends on their day.

For Kyle Busch at Nashville, it wasn’t a good day.

“These [Next Gen cars] are the biggest pieces of s**t in traffic,” he said about the new car.

Even David Wilson, the Toyota Racing Development President described recently how he hasn’t been more frustrated than he is with the fact that they went from some of their best races, Kansas, Charlotte, and Gateway in which they led the most laps and had dominating cars to Sonoma, the race where they had their worst finish since 2007.

“There’s never been more anticipation and anxiety going to the track next week because you haven’t been there before (with the Next Gen) and because you really don’t know what to expect,” he added.
