The NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Las Vegas concluded with Josh Berry winning. However, one of the biggest moments in the race was a massive crash during one of the restarts. Among the many victims were Jeb Burton, JJ Yeley, and Riley Herbst, and none of them walked away unscathed.

The whole incident got triggered when multiple drivers went five-wide on the straight. Unfortunately, they quickly found out that not all of them could squeeze through, and one car got turned. From there, more and more cars got turned or collided, and there was pandemonium. Josh Berry got slightly involved in the wreck, but managed to escape.

In the end, only 30 cars were classified, and the rest were marked as out of the race. Admittedly, there was a lot of tire smoke and plenty of barging on the race track, but Berry managed to survive it all and win. Riley Herbst ended up on 33rd while Jeb Burton was classified as 36th.

Aside from Riley Herbst, how did the other drivers perform?

Admittedly, the crash would have severely dented Herbst’s hopes, as he is in Playoff contention. At least he can be happy that Burton and Jeremy Clements were also hindered in the accident. On the other end of the scale, Myatt Snider finished the race in 15th place, which puts him in a better position to qualify for the Playoffs.

Meanwhile, Austin Cindric, Justin Allgaier, Noah Gragson, and Daniel Hemric rounded out the Top 5. Brandon Jones finished sixth, ahead of AJ Allmendinger, Ty Dillon, Justin Haley and Harrison Burton.

Now, Riley Herbst and the rest of the Bottom four have two races to prove themselves and escape the elimination zone. The question is, can they all stay clean at the Talladega Superspeedway and at the Charlotte Roval?
