Whether it is in the ARCA Menards Series or the Xfinity Series, Ty Gibbs has been in excellent form. Recently in the ARCA arena, Gibbs romped to his ninth win in the series. The #18 driver managed to lead every lap and storm to victory at the Milwaukee Mile earlier this weekend.
While Gibbs rabbited away, unopposed, the battle was on for second place. Sam Mayer and Daniel Dye dueled it out, and though the latter stuck his nose down the inside, the former kept second place. It is also worth mentioning that this is the third time Gibbs has led every lap.

The best part is that not only is he leading the ARCA championship, but an Xfinity drive is on the horizon. To be precise, he will return to the Xfinity Series on a full-time basis for the Joe Gibbs Racing team. He has already been performing wonders in his part-time Xfinity Series career, with three wins under his belt.

What lies ahead for Ty Gibbs?
According to some reports, the Joe Gibbs Racing team will have to choose between the #54 and the #20 car for the youngster. For the moment, Gibbs will have to focus on his 2021 ARCA Menards Series campaign. As it turns out, he is leading the championship battle, but he is a mere two points ahead of Corey Heim.

Owing to this, he cannot afford to slip up with four races left on the calendar. In his ARCA career, he finished 13th in his debut season in 2019, before improving to fifth in the following year. Now, he is practically fighting for the ARCA Menards Series championship and could be a favorite to win. At the same time, he is juggling a part-time Xfinity Series gig, and a championship or runner-up could be the perfect graduation gift for the 18-year-old.
