As NASCAR plans to expand itself with the addition of new tracks to cater to a wider audience, many questions where does this road take NASCAR to? Turns out, the answer lies overseas.

In the last couple of years, NASCAR added the cup series to tracks like Los Angeles’s Clash at the Coliseum in 2022, Chicago’s 2023 street course race, St. Louis’ World Wide Technology Raceway in 2022, Nashville’s Superspeedway in 2021, and Austin’s Circuit of The Americas in 2021.

And not it seems, the sport might be heading to outside of the country.

“I don’t know that there will be a day, at least in the short term, that we’ll go necessarily overseas. But there might be an opportunity for us, sometime in the future, to go north of the border up to Canada, or to go to Mexico.”
