Recently, a NASCAR fan happened to stumble upon an old interview of Dale Earnhardt Jr. Naturally, he brought it to the former Hendrick Motorsports driver’s attention. Needless to say, he definitely remembered that particular interview from his younger days. One of the questions was about Dale Jr’s favorite places to just go and have a drink or two.

Evidently, getting a drink anywhere in the country would be a piece of cake. However, it appeared that Miami was a lot stricter in terms of admission. Though from the driver’s perspective, some of the rules for the clubs were pretty ridiculous.

He said in that interview, “We race at Daytona two times a year. Wherever you go, you’re going to have a good time. But in Miami, they won’t even f**king let you into the clubs, you know? You don’t have the right f**king pants on, or something.”

What else did Dale Earnhardt Jr say in the interview?

The driver also spoke about interacting with people of the opposite gender. He confessed, “I was just in New York City. They’re really good-looking, but for some reason, it’s a lot harder to talk to women in New York than it is down in Florida. It’s like, starting in Maine and getting down to Florida. The further south you go, the more approachable the women are.”

Considering that his wife Amy hails from Texas, then his point stands. Currently, Dale Jr is looking ahead to the next race in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. This is because his team Jr Motorsports is in contention for the 2022 championship. The next race on the calendar is at the Talladega Superspeedway, along with the Cup Series and the Truck Series paddocks. Talladega marks the second race in the Xfinity Series Playoffs, and Noah Gragson is firmly in the next round.
