Gaulding is a successful entrepreneur working in the beauty and wellness industry. Born on April 4, 2002, the 22-year-old had racing all around her growing up as she is the daughter of former team owner Dwayne Gaulding and sister of current motorsports athlete Gray Gaulding.

The couple isn’t married yet but evidence suggests that the date is around the corner, as Gaulding recently shared a picture on Instagram captioned “It’s officially wedding week.”

They had been dating for six years when Zane Smith asked for her hand in marriage in 2022 on a beach. There’s not much information about how the two met one another, but it can be assumed that racing played a big role in that. Well, it seems like they are about to turn their dreams into reality soon. McCall Gaulding also has a highlight on her Instagram handle titled ‘Bridal Shower’ which suggests that the day of the wedding is not too far away.

“M A FIANCÉ. The luckiest girl in the entire world. I love you so much Zane. I cannot wait to be MRS. SMITH 🤍💍,” Gaulding had captioned an earlier Instagram post when she announced the happy news. There were several pictures of the two on a beach as the cosmetics brand owner showed off the beautiful ring on her finger. 2024 sure does seem to be a big year for Zane Smith, both off the track and on.

What lies ahead of Zane Smith in the 2024 season?

Things have changed in NASCAR in the recent past. Drivers don’t need to run full-time seasons in the Xfinity Series to get a seat in the Cup Series anymore. Zane Smith is one of the drivers to have leaped. The 24-year-old will race in the 2024 Cup Series championship full-time with Spire Motorsports. His record in the Truck Series may speak for itself, but things are a lot different at NASCAR’s topmost level. There drivers here are far more experienced and the competition is a lot more intense.

However, Smith can go into this new challenge with confidence. Overcoming obstacles is something he does quite well and it will be intriguing to see how he gets on with his rookie Cup Series season. Immediate goals may include qualifying for the playoffs and hopefully winning the Rookie of the Year award.
