NBA 2019/20 Updated Injury Report for October 23

It is just the beginning of the NBA 2019/20 season and teams are already looking at their injured players list. While a few teams already have had injury concerns from before the start of the season, a few of the players have incurred injuries in the three days of the season so far.
The third day of NBA 11 games contested, the games which saw the injury list of the teams grow.
Here is the injury report in NBA for October 23:
