Therefore, celebrating her unwavering determination to take a stand against discrimination, UNA-Canada invited her to the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto to present her with the honor. The Mississauga native looked absolutely stunning as she returned to Canada to attend the event in a skintight leopard gown.

The 29-year-old model took to Instagram to share photos from the award ceremony. She wrote, “3 Generations ?????????? Thank you @unacanada for the honour of The Global Citizen Award ?? to me, being a Global Citizen is about having a vision for a better world and contributing to your community to work towards that vision. It?s such a blessing to be recognized by your hometown community.”

She further added, “Thank you to my family and friends for coming to celebrate this prestigious award ?and God for blessing me. ?? my mom & grandma took my award home with them ??”.?
