The dynamic world of the NBA loves looking into the future. Not just a year or two, but at times, decades. Fans often see tantalizing prospects from a young age and track their journeys. Zion Williamson is one of the examples of a player who was an internet sensation way before he got to the NBA. His buzz was not dissimilar to LeBron James’ when he was in high school.

Now that LBJ’s own son has entered the college scene and generating hype, one prospect has been turning head after head.

More Pressure on LeBron James and Bronny James

When Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest during his USC practice last month, basketball was not the priority. As King James and his family rallied around the incredible youngster, things eased for him. However, his treatment has continued as LBJ and his son lately visited Mayo Clinic, a top medical center in Minnesota. Due to his ongoing health checkups, Bronny’s comeback looks delayed.

But at the same time, his sixteen-year-old brother Bryce Maximus James has been making major moves lately. He transferred to Sherman Oaks Notre Dame High School, which is a switch from Sierra Canyon School. This decision has filled dad LeBron with a lot of pride as he watches his son make a big decision that can decide the trajectory of his pro ball career.

In his early career, Bryce has shown flashes of brilliance. He is likely to select his college in 2025 and then declare for the NBA draft in 2026. However, things are different for a top prospect who was heading for the 2026 draft too.

In a major decision, Cooper Flagg has decided to reclassify from the 2025 to 2024 class.

This means he will be eligible for the 2025 draft.

This also means that he can end up being the first pick in the 2025 draft.

Cooper Flagg has been on fire

This decision has set the basketball world on fire. NBA fans have to be excited about his early arrival within two years. The incredible prospect turned heads during the Nike EYBL Peach Jam. The Monteverde player averaged 25.4 points, 13 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and a mind-numbing 6.9 blocks. He appeared too strong and too good against his peers. The Forward showed off in front of King James himself.

He showed up during Stephen Curry’s heated camp and impressed the Warriors sharpshooter too. Currently, he is at six foot ten inches, but can grow past seven feet considering he is still in his mid-teens. At his size, he has the game of a guard, wing, and a big, all enmeshed in one.

This early declaration is going to make NBA Franchises look for ways to get the number one pick in the 2025 Draft.
