Anthony Edwards brought out the reporter in him after tonight’s win. The Minnesota Timberwolves hosted the Golden State Warriors and secured a close win after a tough fight. Even though Ant-Man anchored the team’s offense with 23 points, he was more interested in a particular play from his teammate, Mike Conley.

The veteran point guard dropped a three-pointer after making Warriors rookie Brandin Podziemski bite the dust in the third quarter. Edwards, excited about the play, turned into a reporter for a moment and joined the interview scrum to ask Conley about it, as per Dane Moore. Moreover, speaking of the play, he said, “Oh, it was nasty. I didn’t really react to it, because it was just, ‘Damn he just made him fall.’ People don’t fall on mine. I do 18 moves, don’t nobody fall. Mike do one fu**ing move and he gets a guy to fall. How that work, bruh?”

The Warriors put up a great fight to take the game away from the Wolves throughout but the home team pulled it together in the last quarter. Players from both sides displayed their brilliance occasionally, but Mike Conley stole the show with an insane play. The 36-year-old guard contested Podziemski for a three-pointer and shoved him with his right shoulder. The off-balanced rookie went flying to the corner.

Getting knocked down isn’t a new sport for the 21-year-old. The rising star leads the league with the most charges drawn this season with 35 charges. Despite his short stature in the league, he stands right in front of the rim and repeatedly draws charges.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, Mike Conley Jr. produced a highlight reel-worthy play, days after Anthony Edwards created a massive wave with his gigantic dunk.
