So, bringing the mix of cocktails (Juleps) and jockeys under one roof, Mrs. Curry is holding a watch party at her restaurant. That’s truly grand given how horse racing fans await the Kentucky Derby. And amidst all of this, the legendary trainer Bob Baffert made an emotional confession.

Amidst Ayesha Curry’s Happy Hours announcement, Bob Baffert spills his heart out for horses

America’s most decorated horse trainer, Bob Baffert, is a name that echoes through the heart of every horse racing fan. Baffert, with his signature shades and swagger, trained two Triple Crown legends: American Pharoah in 2015 and Justify in 2018. Tying the Derby record with six wins and smashing the Preakness with eight, he turned racetracks into his playground. Oh, and let’s not forget three wins each in the Belmont Stakes and Kentucky Oaks.

Meanwhile, the legend is back, and he’s not easing in. With two fiery contenders in the mix, he’s eyeing the Kentucky Derby like a man on a mission. It’s his first Derby appearance in four years, thanks to a suspension that left a noticeable void at Churchill Downs. But now? The silver-haired legend is back in the saddle, brimming with quiet confidence. Moreover, in a recent interview, he talked about redemption, hope, and the thrill of chasing greatness once more.

Baffert said, “I’m going to have fun now that everything is behind me. Going back with a live horse is more important to me. I really feel like this year I have two horses that could be in the top five, top 10. The Derby is a great experience if you have a horse that’s capable and has a chance.”
