During the In-season Tournament game against the Phoenix Suns, LeBron James sent shivers down the spines of many fans. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar walked off the court for a moment, holding his calf muscle. While the tension in the air kept rising, James stepped back on the court and cleared the air by dropping 32 points. However, a recent report suggested that the tension could further rise.
Even though the 4x NBA Champion continues to lead the team offensively, he is currently playing in his 21st season of his career. An injury could cost the end of the career for the Akron Hammer. Notably, the superstar missed the majority of games in the last season due to an ankle injury. Similarly, the Friday night injury scare could have led to this shocking update.

LeBron James had a slow start to the game on Friday, dropping only 5 points until he held on to his calf muscles in pain. During the first quarter, James ran down the lane for a scoring opportunity and pulled his muscle. Despite the pain, he played for a few possessions until he checked out.
Immediately after he checked out, the team’s medical staff examined the superstar on the courtside itself. While it seemed like, James would walk to the locked room, he checked back in and went haywire to take home the win. He ended the game with 32 points with 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Now, did the extra minutes after the injury cost heavy for the Lakers?
