DeRozan said he and his teammates are frustrated. However, the 34-year-old added that a couple of wins can change things in the locker room. Bulls’ insider K.C. Johnson took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared what DeRozan had to say.

DeRovan said, “I can’t fake it. I’m beyond frustrated. Everybody in this locker room is frustrated. It’s from a good place of being a competitor and wanting to figure it out that badly. Put a couple wins together. I really truly believe that can shift everything for us.”

DeRozan’s fight and Zach LaVine’s masterclass were not enough for the Bulls to sail through. “Air Diesel” scored 19 points, and “Zach Attack” scored a brilliant 36 points. Furthermore, DeRozan got involved in a conversation with the Raptors bench, which led to his ejection in the final seconds. He reportedly found Pascal Siakam taking longer than expected to go for the three-pointer and keeping the ball to himself.

With this, Billy Donovan’s boys lost six out of their last seven games. Though they have impactful players like DeRozan and LaVine on their squad, it is simply not working for them. It would be interesting to see how far they reach in the NBA championship.
