On Thursday, the Milwaukee Bucks face the Indiana Pacers at Gain Bridge Fieldhouse. After games with the Brooklyn Nets and Detroit Pistons, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. will again show their grit on the hardwood. Well, the Bucks have a three-game winning streak at stake tonight.

The Milwaukee Bucks have won five of their first seven games, and the Lillard-Giannis duo has looked electric on offense. Giannis and Damian Lillard look forward to tackling the offense in their next match-up, with neither of them being on the injury report. There’s one concern, though, that looms large after a close win against the Pistons.

A stare-down ejection as it was for the Bucks’ power forward while he grabbed a miss-fired pass to score a bucket. At the exact nine-minute mark into the third quarter, while playing against the Pistons, Giannis took the opportunity to score over a missed pass. However, the player was cited for his second technical foul, which resulted in an ejection. Apparently, when Giannis turned to his opponent and taunted him, the behavior was classified as unsportsmanlike. As per NBA rules, after the second unsportsmanlike technical foul, the power forward was ejected right away.

What concerns the franchise is whether these back-to-back road games are taking a toll on the overall performance of the two-time NBA MVP. The Greek Freak amassed a mere 15 points, 9 rebounds, and 9 assists in his 22 minutes on the court. Although the Giannis Antetokounmpo-less Bucks were able to sustain the blow and keep afloat in the fourth quarter, speculations about whether the player will be in the starting lineup against the Pacers loom large.

Since the player is fit to be a part of the starting lineup, there seems to be no reason for speculation about his appearance in the game. Apart from star guard Khris, the franchise is looking to go full-throttle against the Pacers.

Fortunately for the hot-headed bucks, the key players are all healthy and filled with grit for the approaching game. However, Khris Middleton has been ruled out for a few games now. Middleton has been running short of luck since last season, missing the first 20 games in the previous offseason due to knee soreness.

The star forward was another player for the Bucks to enter the conference finals this season. However, the sprained MCL seems to only follow along with the player in this regular season as well. The 6’7 offers the much-favored shooting from the midrange advantage to the Bucks and also a decent 3-pointer shooting rate.
