Given the injury upsets of the Clippers in the past, fans worry that the recent update could affect the team in the coming games. Ever since PG moved to the Clippers alongside Kawhi Leonard, his run has been riddled with injuries. While the duo was expected to bring multiple rings to the franchise, they couldn’t complete a single season without dealing with injuries.

Speaking of his injury woes, George once said, “My legacy here is just haven’t been able to finish… I got to just try to find a way to stay healthy,” reported The LA Times in 2023.

However, the groin injury isn’t that serious compared to the injuries that he sustained in the last few years. But fans fear that it might affect the dream run since the James Harden trade.

The Boston Celtics had a disappointing end to their 20-0 home run during their last outing against the Denver Nuggets. The game went down the wire, and the defending champions snatched the game away from the home side. Following the tragic loss, the Celtics would return to their home to take on the Clippers on Saturday.

Ahead of the exciting action, fans expect PG-13 to recover from his groin injury and take part in the high-octane action. Before the Celtics’ game, the LA side has a Friday night clash against the Toronto Raptors.
