George is an eight-time All-Star and also the 2013 Most Improved Player. He made history at Fresno State as their highest-ever draft pick in 2010. When he switched his jersey from No. 24 to No. 13 in 2014, this led to the new nickname “PG-13”. During his time with the Indiana Pacers, George played an important role in their back-to-back Eastern Conference Finals appearances from 2012 to 2014.
