The Milwaukee Bucks talisman defended the 26-year-old as he aligned himself with Lyles’ remarks, saying, “I totally agree”. The 28-year-old even compared the NBA to soccer to establish his side of the argument, gaining a negative response from the fans. Amidst the drama, Khris Middleton went in the opposite direction and supported his country.

During a “Cap or No Cap” show with Complex Sports, the Bucks star was asked whether NBA champions could be called world champions. He promptly replied, “No cap,” agreeing to the popular belief around the league. The 32-year-old then added, “No cap to that,” with his laughter showcasing his difference in opinion.

The love for the USA got the best out of the small forward on that occasion. His standpoint opposed that of the Green Freak, but that only displayed his patriotism. After he showed this height of dedication for his nation two years back, no one can ever question the remarks of Khris.
