As the NBA training camp in Las Vegas progresses, Team USA’s players have been putting on a spectacular show and are impressing fans. Poll results from The Athletic have revealed a different perspective on the standout player of the camp. Two NBA stars, Josh Hart and Jalen Brunson, have boldly disagreed with Stephen Curry‘s coach.

They have named a formidable rival, Jaren Jackson Jr., as Team USA’s best player, who is worth over $104M.

Steve Kerr praises Jalen but Jalen says Jaren is “The Best”

Jaren Jackson Jr. is getting a lot of praise from his peers during the Team USA training camp. During a poll conducted by The Athletic among Team USA players, Jackson emerged as the top pick for the title of “best player”. Josh Hart was quick to sing praises about Jackson’s energy and toughness, stating that he brings an unmatched level of intensity to every game. 

Paolo Banchero echoed these sentiments by acknowledging Jackson’s enormous presence on the court. Even Jalen Brunson chimed in and he highlighted his rebounding skills and ability to draw fouls. He says, “His energy, the way he rebounds and causes fouls. He was really a strength.”

However, Stephen Curry’s coach, Steve Kerr, had a different opinion about the best player in Team USA. In an interview, he called Jalen Brunson, the best player in Team USA. He particularly recognized his leadership skills and called him a “natural leader.”
