The saying that talent runs in the genes is surely true for Drake’s son. Adonis, aged 6, recently made his big debut with the first track titled My Man Freestyle. This comes only days after Drake’s highly anticipated album, For All The Dogs. The Grammy winner posted the song on his Instagram and the reactions pouring in are brilliant.

There are several a-list celebrities who have reacted to the song and among them are Kyle Kuzma and his girlfriend Winnie Harlow. Kuzma and Drake are long-time friends and he often shows up to support his friend. Joining Kuzma on the Adonis hype train, Harlow left an endearing comment for the young musician.

Recently, the Drake household has been riding high on success. The most acclaimed rapper of the streaming era released his 8th studio album For All The Dogs. The album opened with great streaming numbers, breaking into the top 5 most streamed albums on the day of release. And the critical response to the album has been subpar, where several music critics have thrashed the album.

However, this doesn’t seem to have any effect on Drake’s core fans as the numbers continue to pour in. The album is said to have sold over 400k copies in its first week and debuted at #1 on Billboard.

Following Drake’s success, it was time for his son to take charge and Adonis has hit it out of the park with My Man Freestyle. It is, in fact, Adonis who raps about playing basketball, saying hi to his dad, messing up the car, and breaking his iPad in the song. Drake, the proud father, shared the song on his own Instagram and YouTube channel. The song has garnered millions of views and has caught the attention of some a-list celebrities, including the NBA’s fashion wonder, Kyle Kuzma.

The Washington Wizards star shared the song on his Instagram story while his girlfriend commented: “My my my my mann 😮‍💨😂🔥 whole chorus goes in, singing that all week.”

There are several other celebrities, including Trae Young, who have shown love to the young artist.

Drake is one of the biggest music artists in the world, so it is obvious that his friend list includes some big names too. Adonis’s debut therefore becomes a family affair for all those celebrities and they’re all showing love for the effort. Drake posted the clip marking his son’s birthday and the catchy hook of the song is what most people are excited about.
