Steph Curry apparently had enough. Or so it seems. His wife, Ayesha Curry, reignited chatter about their marriage recently, and a rapper tried to dive into it. That was where The Chef drew a line. However, Curry’s first statement in this entire mess poof-ed into thin air. It feels like a fever dream that Curry broke his silence in the entire saga for the first time.

TMZ reported that when the Instagram-famous content creator, BookieWoodz, did what he usually does – do a hilarious one-man show on whatever’s trending, somehow, Grammy-winning rapper Killer Mike dove into the comments. “😂😂😂My N—– Said She Wanna Go Be Glo!!! Man Steph Doesn’t deserve the embarrassment frfr. God bless him.

Steph was apparently okay with content creators doing what they do, but not with Killer Mike’s intervention. He supposedly responded under the rapper’s comment, “@killermike naaaaa not you Mike. i’m cool stating silent and letting these other clowns have they’re moment! and you’re the worst of them @baowoodz234. But you’re better than that @killermike. Stay in your lane and let God keep blessing me like he is. We r good over here.✌️”

The Shade Room captured the screenshots before it disappeared. There’s no sign of Mike and Curry’s comments anymore, even though the post is up. Fans checked in through the TMZ report but didn’t find any trace of it.

It’s possible that both the NBA player and the rapper have deleted their comments after the attention it received. Woodz didn’t react to having the subject of his skit commented on either.

As of this writing, Steph Curry’s comments don’t exist anymore. The only eyewitnesses to it are possibly Woodz and The Shade Room.

Steph Curry may have broken a personal rule

The only one possibly validating the comments’ past existence is Insecure star, Broderick Hunter, who also commented, “Steph has a HUGE blessing on the other side of this.” Woodz also replied to him with gratitude.

It started with Ayesha Curry’s appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast. Like the storm, Shaq’s ex-wife, Shaunie Henderson, created by saying she didn’t really love her NBA player ex, Ayesha’s comments created a messy discourse on her marriage to Steph. The big difference, though? Shaq and Shaunie are exes, and both responded.

Ayesha and Steph are married, which spurs the online discourse a lot more. Steph has a reputation for being a quiet guy in his personal life. No one expected him to respond at all. So the comments to Killer Mike were jarringly out of character in a way.

Fans do think that Ayesha is putting the clamp on the divorce allegations, though. She shared a picture of herself and Steph enjoying the last few bits of his offseason with a trip to New York City. They still look very much in love. This situation will probably fade away from public consciousness soon, and the Curries will still be married. Unless Killer Mike brings it back to relevance.
