LeBron James and Kevin Durant put on a show during their encounter on Friday. The two legends went head-to-head in an in-season tournament game yesterday and played like the best players on their respective teams. KD led the game in scoring with 38 points, but that could not get his team the win over King James. LeBron put up a clutch 32-point performance to get the win over his long-time rival. Even though LeBron and KD have been battling on the court for years, they showed each other a ton of respect during the game.

While most fans appreciated their friendly nature, some were not happy about the two competitors laughing instead of butting heads during the game. One fan even instigated King James and KD when he pointed this out on X.

The Phoenix Suns shared a picture of LeBron and KD sharing a wholesome moment during the game. One fan was not happy with the friendly interaction and wrote, “I hate this ‘we all fiends’ laughing during the game sh*t!! It’s time to go to work, kill these mofos, and keep your for on their necks. THIS IS 1 of the reason why MJ23 is the GOAT. MJ23 simply killed EVERYONE IN SIGHT!”

His comment even got a reaction from Kevin Durant, who claimed that friends compete harder against each other. King James also chimed in the conversation and shared a picture of Michael Jordan, having a light-hearted moment during the game, with his old friend Charles Barkley.

The NBA World backed the two superstars and trolled the inconsiderate fan for his comment.
