Former employee exposes life working under Adam Silver

The NBA has over 160 million followers on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram alone! While there is no denying they need a huge number of workforce to maintain these massive pages, it looks like the employees are being overworked.

A former employee took Facebook by storm recently. While still logged into the official account, the employee revealed they were overworked daily.

In fact, they worked over 14 hours a day for a low salary of less than $50 thousand annually. Moreover, the employees are not eligible for health insurance before three months of work.

This comes as a major surprise to the NBA world. Considering NBA’s official Facebook handle posted this, it will reach a large audience. The league’s reputation for setting work standards for other sports leagues will surely take a hit for Adam Silver and the league.
