Who said that when the season ends, you enter a long break? For Draymond Green, the story is different this time. Having exited the 2024-25 NBA Season on a sad note, the Golden State Warriors star is on special duties. Do you remember that time during the 2025 All-Star weekend when Green picked up the mic for TNT? Yes, his part-time responsibilities are back. And his biggest supporters, his wife Hazel Renee and his youngest born Hunni, are cheering on.

Draymond Green makes a return to Inside the NBA for the Eastern Conference Finals. TNT Sports shook things up on Monday, revealing that Warriors forward would be stepping into the spotlight with them for the first two games in New York. Besides, Draymond was everywhere during the 2024 playoffs, popping up on the show more times than fans could count. However, not everyone was a fan, and no one was dishing out praises.

Now, Green’s wife, Hazel Renee, faced an odd trouble at home with her husband on the screen and her daughter by her side. The attention span of toddlers is like that of a butterfly’s – fickle and playful. Therefore, while Hazel focused on Draymond’s big moment, little Hunni split her attention between her ‘agua’ and her dad. Taking to her IG Story, Renee captured the adorable moment with a caption: “From wanting agua to Dada in a matter of seconds 🥰 @money23green Hunni miss youuu.”

Simply put, Draymond Green’s 1-year-old daughter stole all the spotlight from him. Are we complaining about it? No. It was rather an endearing moment that Hazel Renee captured right on time for the world to see. And while Mama Green was serving cuteness to the world, Draymond entered his protector mode for Stephen Curry, again.

As Hazel Renee offers little Hunni’s distraction, Draymond Green sends a direct message to his temporary colleague at TNT

Draymond Green may be off the court, but he’s still guarding Stephen Curry like a pro. This time, not from defenders, but from Charles Barkley. As Curry snagged the CarMax Moment of the Year again — thanks to that behind-the-back buzzer-beater against the Suns — Draymond came out swinging. Fans were all in, with 55 percent of over a million votes going to Steph. It wasn’t even close.

But Barkley? He wasn’t ready to hand it over. Sitting with the Inside crew, he tried to challenge the win. That’s when Draymond jumped in and shut it down fast. “I am happy. And don’t start hating, Chuck.” Charles pushed back, “I’m not hating. I want to see. Let’s compare.” Draymond doubled down, “Nope. Don’t start hating. Just let it go. Let my man have his moment.”

Draymond Green’s off-court game is just as fiery as his on-court hustle. From melting hearts with Hunni’s agua-to-Dada moment to clapping back at Barkley for Steph’s win, he’s owning every screen. While Hazel Renee handled toddler chaos, Draymond handled TNT heat. So yes, the season may be over for the Warriors, but for the Greens? The spotlight never dims.
