After a close finish to their previous encounter, the Miami Heat take on the Cleveland Cavaliers again tonight. A few days ago, the Heat had the last laugh against the Cavs after finishing 104-107. Tonight at Kaseya Center, the visitors would look to seek revenge and move up in the East ladder. Whereas, Bam Adebayo & Co will take on the Cavs at 6:00 PM ET to save themselves from the Play-in Tournament contention. Notably, they are currently in the 7th seed with a 38-32 record.

Above all, the Miami side has a lot of factors involved that determine their performance tonight. One of them is the availability of their star center, Adebayo. A week ago, the 26-year-old suffered a lower back contusion in a game against the Denver Nuggets. While he played with the injury for a few games, he missed out on the recent Cavs game. Even though the team won it in his absence, they would require him to sweep the Cavs two on two.

Fortunately, the team’s injury report revealed that Bam Adebayo will be available for tonight’s game. The star had cleared his lower back contusion and finally struck his name off the injury report after appearing on it for over a week. However, some of the other Heat stars have made it on the list.

The management has ruled out five of its players for tonight, including Tyler Herro, Kevin Love, and Duncan Robinson. Meanwhile, Caleb Martin and Jaime Jaquez Jr. are listed on the Questionables category. On the other hand, Cavs also have a long list of players in their injury report. Donovan Mitchell has been out with a nasal fracture since March 19th and he is currently accompanied by four others including, Evan Mobley, Max Strus and Dean Wade.

While the short-handed Cavs have already reached a safer spot in the East ladder, the Heat could make this use of this game climb up to the 6th spot. Last season, the Heat went on to play the Finals despite reaching 8th seed. So it is never over for them until it’s over.
