Despite the pain of being near someone who has caused so much distress to her sister, Kourtney recognizes the importance of family. Consequently, she puts her fears aside to prioritize family harmony.

Tristan and Khloe’s rocky relationship

Tristan and Khloé’s relationship started to crumble after news broke out that the 30YO was unfaithful while Khloe was pregnant with their daughter. Everything imploded once again when Tristan kissed Kylie Jenner’s friend, Jordyn Woods, on a night out.

Although the couple briefly reconciled, the final nail in the coffin came in 2021, when it was revealed that he was expecting his third child with Maralee Nichols. All this while, he was starting the surrogacy process with Khloé.

In December 2021, Maralee Nichols sued Tristan for child support. One month later, Tristan acknowledged that he was the father of the fitness model’s son, Theo, after previously requesting genetic testing. Currently, the couple is no longer in a romantic relationship but intends to co-parent their two children.
