In an interview with Talk Stoop,?Ayesha talked about moving out of her comfort zone after becoming a mother. Due to the “crazy and jam-packed”?NBA schedule, the couple used to get less time to spend together. Despite that, she chose to pursue her own path, knowing it would result in even less bonding time with her husband.

“I went out on a limb to start a career for myself,” she stated, before mentioning, “was a bit risky in itself”.?She embraced the challenge as, according to her, doing the opposite was like failing to utilize “the talents that I feel like God gave me”. Amidst the obstacles and self-interest, Ayesha possessed a bigger aim.

She wanted to be a role model to her three children. So, she continued on her journey of constructing her career to the best of her ability, “To set a great example for my two young girls and a precious little boy.” ?
