Ayesha and Stephen Curry are godparents of Lohan’s son Luai. Both Lohan and her husband Bader Shammas have made an appearance courtside in many Warriors games. However, this time it’s her chance to ball out in her magical return to cinema.

The synopsis of the film states, “When the love of Maddie’s life gets engaged to her best friend, she puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland.” Now, if you are a fan of the early Lindsay Lohan films, you are surely in for a treat.

Ayesha Curry also is co-starring in the film alongside Lohan. However, this isn’t Ayesha’s first rodeo as an actress. The New York Times best-selling author and home chef started her stint in Hollywood with acting before being married to Steph.

The “Mean Girls” star and her partner attended a game where they watched the Golden State Warriors star and his team face off against the Atlanta Hawks. During the event, Step Curry approached the couple and presented them with a basketball jersey that he signed on the spot, including the message, “To Luai” and “Your godparents love you!” along with “Warriors!!”

Shammas later shared a photo of the jersey on his Instagram Stories, which Lohan reposted. Ayesha and Lohan formed a bond and are friends. So, with this new release fans will keep their fingers crossed for hoping this turns out to be a huge success.
