Over the past few months, Austin Reaves has turned into one of the biggest stars within the Los Angeles Lakers, and the NBA. With exciting plays and a wholesome personality, Reaves is a fan favorite, and his antics alongside LeBron James help to increase his popularity by leaps and bounds. With the 2023-24 NBA season off and running, Reaves has stepped up his game.

Austin Reaves breaks the internet with his latest drop
Reaves has joined the long list of NBA stars who debuted their shoes this summer. Just four days after their opening match, Reaves has treated the fans to his latest sneaker.

Taking to Instagram, the 25-year-old debuted his latest sneaker named Rigorer AR1 ‘Showtime’. Interestingly, the sneaker comes in a unique colorway that is close to Reaves’ heart.
The ‘Showtime’ sneaker has a crosshair sign along with the colors of the Lakers, the iconic purple and yellow. Like its design and colorway, the sneaker is very exclusive and have a limited release.
Reaves was the first big-name NBA signing for the Chinese brand, Rigorer. This drop comes months after he debuted a USA colorway for the FIBA World Cup. Austin Reaves was one of the biggest stars of the USA team which reached the Semi-Finals of the FIBA World Cup.
Reaves first debuted his new sneaker in an NBA game
The year keeps on getting better for Reaves. He played a huge role in the Lakers’ Western Conference Finals run and also signed a 4-year $56 million contract.
When the Lakers took on the Phoenix Suns for their second game of the season, AR15 debuted his new Rigorer show after wearing a generic shoe for the entirety of last season. The Lakers beat the Suns 100-95 with Reaves scoring 10 points, 1 assist, and 2 rebounds.
