After coming into the ranks of the Los Angeles Clippers, James Harden has tried to ensure that his team is a hard nut to crack. He paired well with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and energized the rest of the team. Clippers initially faced consecutive losses. But they soon bounced back to register a 9-game winning streak. Later they lost to Oklahoma City Thunder when Kawhi Leonard could not participate due to hip injury.

Harden shared the advantageous aspect of the need to communicate better. “We gotta still communicate. We got to talk to each other,” he said while dealing with winning and losing scenarios.

Harden stressed against not talking to each other, and not helping each other, and encouraged doing small things that help teams win games. He shared that other big teams are on the same page, have been together, and know each other. He wanted his teammates to develop such habits.

 

Clippers has been the fourth team that Harden was traded to over five seasons. He earlier played for the Philadelphia 76ers. He was traded to the Clippers and found his former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Rusell Westbrook leading the team.
Even though Harden wants the Clippers to do better, the team has already won admirers around the globe since Harden’s arrival.
