Well, thanks to the 34-year-old sniper who already has 20+ points in the first half. The most impressive part is that Thompson is doing all of this off the bench. Klay Thompson was subbed out with 5 minutes left in the second quarter, but he had played just 14 minutes to give the Warriors a dominant lead. In such a short time, Thompson dropped 23 points, shooting 5/9 from the three-point line and some of it were nearly 40ft deep. Well, that’s typical of him, but it has been a long time since Warriors buffs witnessed this. This season has not been a great run for Thompson so far. There have been a few games where he has recorded some impressive stats, but most of them showcased his inefficiency.
