Without wasting any time, Paul denied all of it, saying, “There’s no truth to any of it. I don’t know what’s happening.”

Nevertheless, his co-host teased him, asking, “Can I say something right now definitively? LeBron James ain’t ending his career with the Clippers?” Rich Paul, on his part, added fuel to the fire, saying, “With the Clippers? I like the Clippers.” Considering LeBron James’ utmost priority of family stability, and him nearing the end of his career, geographically, the Clippers seem like a feasible destination.

However, a closer look at Paul’s statement revealed that the duo hasn’t really talked. “Man, just enjoy the moment. The man’s playing minutes with his son. Meaningful minutes. People have to do their job. The Lakers are 12-1. They’re playing well. Why are you talking about some stuff about next year? I mean, I get it. I understand that. I’m not saying I have a feel for this business. Trust me, I do.” 

In this mix-up, fans really have forgotten where LeBron James stands. He is standing right in front of his 5th ring.
