LeBron James is a busy man. Along with his NBA matches, he has several businesses to put his mind into. But even so, James took out some time to head over to the basketball court and coach a young talent that’s currently playing at the College level.

And not just him, several NBA icons have made their way to a tourney and either watched or simply given pointers to the young guns playing on the field. But for the Lakers legend, the game was a bit personal.
LeBron James gives pointers to 15YO son Bryce at Nike Tourney
The young talent who LeBron James was coaching was his son, Bryce, and the venue was the Nike Tourney. The event took place at Nike’s Peach Jurney in SC.

Various colleges from all over the country competed in the tourney. And one of these teams was Strive for Hoops, which pitted against Florida Rebels. Young Bryce James was playing for the former.
LeBron James turned up and gave some input to the team and his son. Like James, other NBA stars were also present at the tourney, including Rajon Rondo, Chris Paul, and Carmelo Anthony.
Will Bryce become a 2nd generation NBA star?
Very few NBA stars have their sons play in the teams for a long time. Earlier Michael Jordan’s son Marcus tried his hand out at hoops but ended up undrafted. He has since then taken his interests elsewhere. The legendary Scotty Pippen’s son, Scotty Pippen Jr. also played in the NBA for the Las Angeles Lakers. His father played for the Chicago Bulls.
NBA has seen not just father-son duos, but also grandfather-grandson twosomes on the basketball court. For his part, LeBron’s son Bryce has recently transferred from Sierra Canyon to Campbell Hall. He’s 6’4 and seems adept on the basketball court as of now. The audience did see LeBron with all the others and pretty soon, the ‘father-son duo on the basketball court’ reached Twitter.
