Sharing the 2024 Paris Olympics expectations for their respective teams and winning the gold was another chapter in their historic careers. In fact, when A’ja Wilson became the 4x MVP, LeBron shared “4 piece chicken nugget!!!! AYYYYYEEEEEEEE!!!!… CONGRATULATIONS SIS @aja22wilson!! PROUD OF YOU,” as the caption of his Instagram story. The image that the 21x NBA All-Star shared on his IG was from ESPN, which celebrated the Aces superstar on the throne.

After all, Wilson became the first player in WNBA history to win four MVP awards, being the only player in the W to achieve that feat and moving ahead of legends like Sheryl Swoopes, Lisa Leslie, and Lauren Jackson. This was her second back-to-back MVP title, on the back of her regular season averages of 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 3.1 assists. Even in Game Three of the WNBA finals, A’ja Wilson delivered for her team.

With just 5 seconds remaining, the Aces had the possession and their coach drew a play for the 4x MVP. Despite being double-teamed by Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner, Wilson found nothing but net with her last-second midrange bucket. Ending the night on 34 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists, and even made 3 blocks. A true MVP-like performance that needs to be celebrated.

Because this ‘Second Decision’ led to an increase in the price of tickets as the speculations grew that LeBron was ready to retire at the end of the season.
