However, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James never seems to be off duty. The 38-year-old baller abandoned the festivities with his family and engaged in an intense gaming session, leaving his friend and former NFL star crying for help.

Among them, one of the most exciting avatars is that of a sports fan. James has always been unapologetic when it comes to celebrating his favorite sports teams. LeBron James takes over gaming realm

Several times in the past, LeBron James has expressed his love for the NFL and its video game, Madden. In the past, he has tweeted several times about the game. Importantly, during 2023 New Year’s Eve, a video of the star went viral where he explained why he chose to play Madden instead of celebrating the evening with his wife, Savannah James.

Similarly, on the rare NBA off day on the eve of Thanksgiving, James took charge of the gaming device and went by his business. Moreover, he didn’t just play the game but also dominated his opponent just like he had been doing on the hardwood.

King James’ friend here is Dez Bryant, former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver. He took to his X handle and cried for help. The tweet read, ..@KingJames just smacked me in madden twice! OMG I NEED MY FADE BACK ASAP!”

In return, the Akron Hammer replied with a flurry of laughing emojis.

The tweet came in hours after a close game against the Dallas Mavericks at the Crypto.com Arena.

The superstar didn’t let the loss affect his holiday spirits, as he shared a glimpse of him celebrating.

Despite spending a lot of his time gaming, the superstar also found his time for the big Thanksgiving meal. James took to his X handle and shared a picture of him, enjoying a meal at the table, and wished “Happy Holiday” to his followers.

The 4x NBA Champion can take an extra day off as the Lakers’ next game is on Saturday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers. James’ former team is in great form and the Lakers may find it difficult to contain the Cavs.
