And LeBron James seems to be everywhere. After showing support to the Los Angeles Dodgers and his friend Mookie Betts, he was at this WNBA game with the four-time WNBA champion.

This year?s WNBA finals will have New York Liberty?s Breanna Stewart, the MVP of the league going against Las Vegas Aces? A?Ja Wilson, the defensive player of the year.

Tom Brady?s Aces

The WNBA commissioner recently approved Tom Brady‘s acquisition of a minority stake in the Aces team. His foray into the basketball world begins with a huge win in the finals. LeBron James along with the WNBA legend, Sheryl Swoopes, was also there to support the Las Vegas team. Sheryl Swoopes, one of the top 15 players ever in the WNBA, was the first player to be signed by the league. As the current and the past goats of the game showed up to root for Brady?s team, have made the finals glitter with celebrity quotient.

The first WNBA finals game turned out to be a one-sided affair with the Aces dominating the Liberty. The Aces had four of its starters in double figures, out of which Jackie Young and Kelsey Plum scored 26 points each. While for the New York Liberty, Breanna Stewart scored a team-high 21 points. Kobe Bryant?s prodigy Sabrina Lonescu had a subpar scoring game with 7 points. Her average being over 15 points for her career. With the Aces drawing first blood, the second final will be played on Wednesday.

The Dubs Nation will have a WNBA team of its own. The Warriors organization is paying a record fifty million dollars to have their WNBA team in the Bay area. Not only that, the governor of the Golden State Warriors, Joe Lacob, has already declared that this team will win its first championship within the next 5 years of its existence. Joe Lacob, who has turned around the fortunes of the Golden State Warriors team, will ensure that his recent addition will live up to the expectation.
