With the NBA regular season around the corner, stars of the league are making their presence felt in various arenas. After LeBron James showed his support for Mookie Betts at a Dodgers game, the Dallas Mavericks did the same for the Houston Astros. And the mentor Dirk Nowitzki showed Luka Doncic how to be a Houston Astro.

Corey Seager and Company had a lot riding on this playoff game against the Texas Rangers. They were 2 down and needed a win to stay afloat. A win for the Rangers would have all but sealed the series in their favour with a 3-0 lead.

The Astros and the Rangers are expansion teams established in the early 1960s. The Astros have won two World Series titles, while the Rangers have none. Thus, this match-up between these 2 had the fans super pumped. The Rangers with their 2 wins had all the momentum going in their favor. And the Astros needed every ounce of energy and support from their fans. Knowing what was riding on this game, Dallas Maverick legend Dirk and Luka showed up to support the Astros in the Houston jersey. And they got to witness Corey Seager’s return in the form which led to the Astros win.

Corey Seager went hitless in the last game loss. That could have created stress on any other star, but not the hitting machine, Seager. He scored a home run to tie the score for the Astros, that built on to win the game with a 5-8 tally. Even the Rangers know that Seager could not be bottled forever. But they cannot give him any more confidence if they want to win this series.
