An unusual intervention left Jrue Holiday clueless after a commanding performance. The Boston Celtics ticked all the boxes and mauled the Indiana Pacers in Game 2 for a 126-110 win. Holiday stuck to pure point guard duties, dropping 15 points with 10 assists, facilitating the superstar Celtics duo in the offensive end. While things went as per plan on the court, the 33-year-old lacked the experience to handle a press conference situation.

During the post-game press conference, Jrue Holiday heard a wild scream in the background. While the star point guard remained clueless about the noise, the reporters continued with the questioning. NBC’s X page shared this hilarious incident with a caption that read, “Jrue is like, ‘are we really going to pretend like there’s not screaming in the background??'”

Despite the serious nature of the playoffs, the players can often be seen having lighter moments at the pressers. Notably, in this postseason alone, the NBA world witnessed another hilarious interruption in the post-game interactions. After Game 2 of the semi-final series between the OKC Thunder and Dallas Mavericks, Luka Doncic also had an uncommon interruption. As the Mavs star responded to a reporter, the unusual noise of a woman moaning hijacked the press room.

While Luka Magic had a clueless, confused look on his face, the room full of reporters burst into laughter. Following the incident, the internet turned up the heat, accusing different players of causing the interruption. Hilariously, a fan accused OKC’s Josh Giddey of an AI-generated video that also went viral online. Nevertheless, the NBA world might witness snippets of funny moments amid the intense nature of the postseason.
