The Philadelphia 76ers had a comeback victory in Game 3 after falling short in the first two games. The Philly side has had a frustrating slump ever since Joel Embiid injured his knee mid-season. During his absence, the team fell from the second seed to the seventh seed. However, the Cameroonian star joined the roster exactly ahead of the postseason, lightening up the mood in the City of Brotherly Love. After going two down in the series, he produced a 50-point performance and left the equation at 2-1.
With the hype surrounding Game 4 rising, Philly fans eagerly wait for their team to level the series. Amid this situation, the availability of Joel Embiid seems uncertain for the Sunday game. The team listed the big man in the Questionable category, reasoning his left knee injury recovery. The team had listed him in the same category ahead of Game 3 but the star laced up and produced his playoff career high. Notably, the fans expect a similar outcome for tonight’s game as well.

In Embiid’s absence, the Sixers had a poor 16-27 in the regular season. This stat is enough to prove that Game 4 could end up costly for the side if they miss out on the seven-foot star. The last three games, Embiid has averaged 37.7 points with 8.7 rebounds and 5.3 assists, single-handedly dominating the Sixers’ offense. The former MVP missed his chance to win the prestigious award again because of his injury, but he has the opportunity to take the team deep in the postseason.
Apart from Embiid, power forward Robert Covington has been on the injury report over the last few weeks with a knee injury. The star would not return for the remainder of the season.
On the other hand, the New York Knicks have had a stacked-up injury report almost throughout the entire season. Mitchell Robinson, who walked off the court with an ankle injury mid-game in the last game is added to the Questionable category for Game 4. Apart from him, the team has a list of players ruled out: Julius Randle, Duane Washington Jr., and Charlie Brown Jr.

Sixers vs Knicks: Starting lineup & Predictions
In the absence of Joel Embiid, Paul Reed took the center position for the Sixers this season. The 7-foot star has played all the games in the season, averaging 7.3 points per game in his 19-minute stay on the court. While he is no match to the points that Embiid generates, Tyrese Maxey has to cover up for the remaining points.
