The 31-year-old star decided to don the New York Jets superstar Aaron Rodgers’ jersey, along with crutches. This was enough to trigger Rodgers’ loyal fans into engaging in a Twitter fury. Notably, the star quarterback is currently recovering from an Achilles injury.

Rodgers suffered a season-ending injury during his debut week with the Jets. Two months ago, the star also went through a surgery for his torn Achilles. While he was recovering from the injury, Lee’s costume did rub salt in Rodger’s fans’ wounds. Incidentally, they swarmed the social media comments to troll him.

On the other hand, Aaron Rodgers’ fans had other ideas.

A X handle shared the picture of Lee walking inside the arena, wearing Rodgers’ #8 with a caption, “NBA star Damion Lee Halloween costume is an injured Aaron Rodgers,” along with crutches marking his injury.

In response, fans were quick enough to troll him for referring him as a ‘star’.
