Broadcaster mistakes Banchero for Mahomes

Paolo Banchero may have been the #1 pick of the 2022 draft, but he still needs to do a lot of work to get recognized easily. In 2022, the Magic star visited the Miami Grand Prix and walked around the grid before the race. That’s when Sky Sports broadcaster Martin Brundle stopped him for a chitchat. It went well apart from the fact that he mistook him for Patrick Mahomes. Following that, he took to his X handle and wrote, “I’m jus vibing right now man.”

In response to that, Mahomes reposted, saying, “Bro ain’t no way.” Despite the misunderstanding, both stars laughed it off. Did the interaction ignite a new bond between the duo? Let us know in the comments below.
