Ahead of the Saturday evening clash between the Packers and 49ers, Anthony Davis showed up to the stadium, donning the Packers jersey. On top of it, a video of him, confessing his love for the Packers alongside his Lakers teammate surfaced online. It’s known that several franchises’ fans hate the Packers, but the Chicago Bears are considered arch-rivals. And, the Lakers superstar did exactly what the Chicago fans hate, supporting the Packers. Moreover, the 30-year-old star was born and brought up in Chicago. In the video surfaced on social media, Davis stood alongside his teammate D’Angelo Russell in the Levi’s Stadium and confessed his love for the Packers.

Fans swarmed the comments, going off at the Lakers star. One user said, “He grew up in Chicago but is a Packers fan. I am not quite sure how that happened……” Here are some reactions from fans.
