Emmanuel Acho posted a video from his Instagram talking about his experience of going on a date with God. With the caption, “When was the last time YOU went on a date with God?” he shared the details of the incident. The retired NFL star revealed that to make it happen, he “just showed up” in a park.

According to him, they went on a walk at first before the 32-year-old poured his emotions out in front of the Lord. “I did a lot of the talking,” he stated before pointing out the beauties of going on a date like that. “You will never get stood up”, he mentioned before adding, “Makes for a pretty cheap date” to express his thoughts. Towards the end, the former linebacker discussed the ultimate benefit of such unannounced experiences. “You always learn a lot about this life and a lot about yourself”, he highlighted before encouraging others to do the same.
