Ayesha Curry appeared on Yahoo Finance and talked about managing her life and finding the right balance. When asked how she managed the time to be a mom, a business owner, and a wife, this is what she had to say.

?I?m not gonna sugarcoat it. It?s like, it?s crazy at every second of the day. I definitely have to remember to breathe. But for me, it?s making sure that when I decide to do something, I?m in that moment wholly. And that?s what I?m focusing on fully. So, I?m not necessarily multitasking.?

Ayesha does not believe in multitasking

Being a businesswoman and a mother, Ayesha Curry?s life is nothing short of hectic. To give her undivided attention to so many different things takes a lot of focus and energy, but somehow she manages that.

However, when it comes to spending time with her kids and family, Ayesha does not indulge in multitasking. She went on to add, ?Like, when I?m with my children, I am with my children. My phone is down, I am in that moment engaged with them. They?re happier, they?re healthier. I feel like they thrive better.?

So, despite the multiple facts in her life demanding undivided attention, Ayesha makes sure to give her 100% to one thing at a time instead of taking it all on in one go. That way, she can perform better as well.
