Draymond Green pounced back at the NBA on ESPN over a clickbait post. The Golden State Warriors star never shies away from making strong opinions via his podcasts and interviews. Similarly, after tonight’s loss, he dropped an explosive statement about the Houston Rockets. Given the contest of the West ladder, the Dubs are currently at the mercy of the Rockets for a playoff spot.

Following the post-game press conference, ESPN shared a post on its IG handle which only included a part of Green’s entire statement. It read, “I don’t give a damn about the Rockets.” In response to the post, DrayMagic took to the comments and lashed out for cropping out the rest of the statement. He wrote, “Why yall ain’t post the video of the whole conversation? Y’all should pay me for the amount of clickbait y’all post.”

The Warriors have lost four of their last six games, leaving the team hanging for a playoff spot. Notably, in most of the games, the Bay Area side blew the game away in the fourth after having a strong lead in the first quarter.

Even in tonight’s game, The Dubs entered the locker room with an 8-point lead in the first half. They even extended it till the last few minutes of the third quarter. However, the mighty Minnesota Timberwolves pierced through the Dubs’ defense and took the late in the fourth quarter.

Speaking of the loss tonight in the press conference, Draymond Green also highlighted that the game should have gone in the Warriors’ favor and accepted that the team didn’t perform well in the last few games. Amid these concerns, what did Green exactly say about the Rockets?

What did Draymond Green say about the Rockets?

During the post-game press conference, the reporters fired questions about tonight’s loss. Green patiently answered every one of them and also sulked about the team’s performance in the last few games. He even went on to drop statements like, “I don’t think we have great habits… We’re a very quiet team.” While Green already buried his face in disappointment, a reporter asked about the Rockets concern and he replied, “I don’t give a damn about the Rockets.”
