It’s finally happening! Everybody’s favourite podcaster is finally back. The fans rued the day Savannah James and April McDaniels decided to call it a day on their podcast, Everybody’s Crazy. This was mainly due to callers being “shy” to reach out to them, which is the point of the pod. But all that is in the past – as the Queen of our hearts has made it clear – the pod is back, and back with a bang.
Just hours before the Gala, she confirmed the return of the podcast with her business partner April McDaniel, which is to return for Season 4 on May 20th. Fans of “Everybody’s Crazy” will remember the podcast for its blend of humor, heart, and unvarnished perspectives. Coming from an ex-introvert line Vannah, this is a huge breath of fresh air for the Broniacs around the world!
“Everybody’s Crazy is back, and she IS the moment! Season 4 releases on May 20th! We are so happy to be back Everybody Gang,” she wrote. Unsurprisingly, everybody is going crazy seeing this update. Who doesn’t love a gossip sesh with Savannah James, right?

It was actually LeBron James, fulfilling his husband duties when his wife does the public duties, who publicised the return on his Instagram story. LeBron just announced earlier today that he’ll be missing the Met Gala 2025 due to his Grade 2 MCL sprain. And seeing that he needed someone to fill his honorary chair position- who better than the Queen, right? “Hate to miss an historical event! My beautiful powerful Queen will be there holding the castle down as she always has done!,” tweeted the King on X.
All of this has put LeBron James in the backseat a bit. The billionaire entrepreneur has an empire that eclipses that of his rivals, one of them being his podcast- Mind the Game. He announced earlier this year that the podcast- that’s 100% about the sport of basketball- will be back, with Steve Nash as the co-host instead of JJ Redick. But that was a while back, and there’s no updates on it yet.

LeBron James’ Mind the Game podcast pushed back even further
There have been multiple speculations as to why the podcast was pushed back so much. The initial announcement stated that Mind the Game would be continued on April 1st, which turned out to be a bigger April Fool’s joke than anything else. But it eventually came out on 15th. Okay, that’s fine- there’s still more to come- or so we thought. There have been no episodes since- and no updates on it either. Why’s this the case?

Well, the first reason could be relating to the distrubution. Transitioning from Uninterrupted/ThreeFourTwo’s original setup to Amazon Wondery’s infrastructure required planning around distribution (YouTube, Amazon Prime, podcast feeds). The second could be surrounding the Lakers’ postseason. They got bullied by the Timberwolves, yes. But the preperation and planning going into the postseason could’ve prompted LeBron to shift focus onto more pressing matters.
So this is a bit of an unnatural position for the King. Seeing his queen Savannah James take on the business duties of the household is unlike everyday times. But for him, he couldn’t be prouder of Vannah continuing her podcast in stride, even if it means LeBron taking a backseat.

For the fans, none of this matters as much as the return of Everybody’s Crazy. This podcast gives the fans to connect to their role model like never before- diving deep into the life of the wonder that is Savannah James. And LeBron announcing it while the wife is out doing Met Gala duties just makes it even cuter. Power couple indeed.
