Deandre Ayton was one of the most promising players in the NBA when he was selected as the No.1 overall pick by the Suns in the 2018 NBA Draft. Deandre was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers just before this season commenced. Apart from his on-court skills, Deandre has been in and out of the dating scene, which has created quite a mess over the years.

In August of this year, Deandre hit the spotlight again, confirming his relationship with Katt Leya, an adult film actress. Their relationship hit the rocks when Katt publicly announced Deandre’s infidelity, hinting at their breakup. Leya recently took to Instagram to throw shade at the 25-year-old center.

Deandre keeps running back

Leya shared a story on her Instagram page that shed some light on the current situation between her and the former All-Rookie Team star. The post reveals that the two might still be in touch as Leya seems to be waiting on Deandre to pull out the ring but she is unsatisfied with the efforts Deandre is making; she wrote, “He keep running back & not marrying you, but loves you…yea okay babes.”

In the short clip, she is seen lip-syncing to one of Kanye West’s iconic lines from a Joe Rogan interview, “I just tell the truth and telling the truth is crazy in a world full of lies.” The story of Leya and Deandre dates back to 2019, which has been confirmed by an Instagram post Leya shared of a picture of herself and Deandre at a Portland dinner table in December 2019. This does not add up because Deandre had a child with his long-time girlfriend, Anissa Evans, in 2021.

Deandre took a break from his long-time girlfriend

Deandre dated his high school sweetheart Anissa and although they were never married, they had a son in 2021. It appears that the two took a short break during the initial stages of Deandre’s career. This was when Leya came into the picture, and although things did not become official with Deandre back then, Leya and Deandre rekindled their fling in August of this year.
